SBC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions for any modifications and changes. These Terms and Conditions or any future modifications to these terms constitute the agreement between SBC and you, and any deviating agreements shall require a written consent from SBC.

Any offers and quotes made by SBC for products and services are non-binding.

All published prices are listed excluding any sales tax, and the prices applied to any orders shall be the prices in force on the day of the order, unless agreed to in written consent from SBC. Published prices are subject to change at any time without notice and SBC reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

All purchase orders must be approved by SBC in a form specifying products and/or services along with any appropriate customer information. The approval or rejection of purchase orders is solely up to SBC’s absolute discretion, for any reason.

Only items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for returns and/or exchanges at SBC’s sole discretion. Buyer must notify SBC to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, as all returns and exchanges require an RMA. Buyer must provide sufficient evidence of pre-delivery damages or defects as requested by SBC (photos, videos, etc.).

All eligible returns and exchanges must be unused, in original packaging, and not a sale item. Buyer is responsible for original AND exchange shipping and handling costs. All eligible returns will be refunded as credit to Buyer’s account and are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the MSRP.

All custom order sales are final and ineligible for return.

These terms and conditions and any other agreements with SBC relating to product purchases or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kent, Washington. SBC reserves the right to initiate court proceedings against Buyers at any other court of appropriate jurisdiction.

All purchases require an accurate name of Buyer and shipping address of Buyer. The shipping dates provided to Buyers are estimates, unless expressly agreed to in writing from both parties to a fixed schedule. SBC guarantees reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times conditioned upon Buyer’s timely provision of all necessary information. In the case of delays in shipment, SBC is not responsible for any damage or losses. At Buyer’s risk, SBC will store and handle items if Buyer is responsible for delays in shipment. Buyer being responsible for storage, insurance, and handling charges. Delays resulted from force majeure release SBC from estimated delivery dates and expressly stated delivery dates or periods. Buyer may only withdraw from contract after a reasonable grace period in the event of non-compliance with contractually agreed delivery periods and dates.

SBC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses in damages, injuries, profits, or expenses due to breaches of obligations whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of SBC and its interns and employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers harmless from any demands or claims, including legal fees, arising out of third-party’s breach of SBC’s Terms and Conditions, or in violation of any laws and regulations.

In the case of local law requiring SBC to collect taxes from Buyer, the tax will be added and shown on the invoice as Buyer’s responsibility to pay. If Buyer has a valid tax exemption certificate, it should be provided before final approval of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed by SBC, all purchase transactions from our site are COD (Cash on Delivery), meaning immediate payment is required before an order can be shipped as shown on the invoice.

In the case of where products or services are subject to specific export control regulations in any country, Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with their respective country’s laws and regulations. Buyer acknowledges that SBC is indemnified and held harmless from any violations of export restrictions.
